About the role
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality hot and cold beverages in accordance with established brand recipes and presentation standards. This role ensures a consistently excellent customer experience through efficient service, product quality, and professional interaction. The Barista maintains a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace while upholding the brand’s values and operational standards.

What you’ll do
Beverage Preparation & Service The Barista prepares all hot and cold beverages according to brand‑approved recipes and presentation standards. They ensure each drink is consistently crafted with the correct flavour, portion, and visual appeal. Customer orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and with professional service.
Quality Assurance The Barista monitors the quality of beverages, ingredients, and milk textures throughout the preparation process to maintain brand consistency. They identify any deviations in taste, strength, or presentation and correct issues immediately. This ensures every drink meets the expected brand quality and customer satisfaction.
Food Safety & Hygiene The Barista follows strict hygiene and food safety regulations, ensuring work surfaces, utensils, and equipment remain clean at all times. They handle milk, coffee, and consumables safely to prevent contamination. Proper storage, date rotation, and sanitation practices are consistently upheld.
Equipment & Inventory Management The Barista operates, cleans, and maintains coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment according to guidelines to ensure optimal performance. They monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables and report shortages promptly. Any equipment faults or maintenance needs are escalated to prevent service disruption.
Operational Efficiency The Barista works quickly and efficiently during peak periods while maintaining the accuracy and quality of orders. They manage workflow logically, preparing drinks in a sequence that reduces waiting times and waste. Their efficient work habits contribute to smooth store operations and excellent service speed.
